For buyers
Do I need an account to submit a request?
No. Requests can be submitted as a guest and you get a reference number immediately. If you later register with the same email address, your earlier requests are linked to the account automatically.
What does it cost to use the platform?
Nothing is charged through this platform. It holds no payment credentials and processes no funds — contracts and payment are agreed directly between you and the supplier.
What happens after I submit?
Your requirement is stored with a reference of the form REQ-YYYY-NNNNNN and delivered into a single sourcing pipeline with every field attached. A person reads it and matches it against verified suppliers by hand.
Nothing in the catalog matches what I need. Is it still worth asking?
Yes — that is the main use of the service. The catalog is curated rather than exhaustive, and sourcing what is not listed is the core of the work.
What is the difference between buying, renting and reserving?
Buying hardware is capital expenditure and you house it. Renting cloud capacity is operating expenditure and the supplier carries hardware risk. Reserving contracted future availability trades price certainty for delivery risk. Every listing declares exactly one of the three.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes. You can export everything held about you or request erasure at any time. We collect the minimum needed to answer your requirement and state what that is on every form.
For suppliers
What evidence does a supplier application need?
Your legal entity, a business email on your own domain, your website, country of registration, and proof of the inventory or capacity you are offering. References, certifications and warranty terms are optional but help.
How long does verification take?
Every application is reviewed by a named administrator rather than a script, and off-platform checks against public registers are routine. You will receive one of three recorded outcomes: approved, rejected with a written reason, or a request for specific missing information.
Can I publish listings myself once approved?
You can submit them. Nothing reaches the public catalog without an administrator approving it, and an edit to a listing that is already live creates a pending revision rather than changing the live entry.
What happens if my verified badge is withdrawn?
Every published listing from your account is unpublished immediately, anything pending review is closed, and you cannot submit new listings until you are approved again.
Does the platform take a cut of the deal?
No funds pass through the platform at all. Commercial terms are agreed directly between you and the buyer.
